The Promotion of AVM by iSVMS Research Center

Activity Value Management (AVM) uses activity as the cell, which can not only accurately formulate cost and profit of value targets (products, customers, places, and employees etc.), but also combine vital management strategic information (quality, production capacity, added value, and customer services) with each other, thus provide related information on “cause” and “effect” as the significant references for different managements’ decision making. It could further assist decision-makers on valuable strategic decisions as well as allocate resources accordingly and effectively. To reach the goal of sustainable operation by effectively promoting AVM, strengthening the competitiveness in greater China, and increasing long-time business performance, we build five branches, college-level research centers and branches/platforms to promote AVM together, and will create an innovative management pattern for enterprises in the future.
