With over 30 years of theory innovation and more than 26 years of practice of management accounting techniques such as AVM, BSC, SWOT-Scorecard and SIC, Professor Anne Wu concluded that only by integrating all management accounting techniques can one bring the greatest benefits to enterprises’ overall performance. Thus, Prof. Wu developed the Integrative Strategic Value Management System (ISVMS) basing on her rich academic and practical experiences. The system includes strategic formation system, strategic implementation system, value chain system, activity value management system and strategic value creation system.
